Please examine your order upon receipt. If the product was received damaged, defective, the wrong size, or the wrong item, it may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt based upon the date the order was delivered.

All orders are considered final sale.
Any merchandise that: was received in the incorrect size from what is on your receipt; or in damaged or defective condition; or if you received the wrong product, can be returned for a refund or exchange.
You can exchange merchandise as long as the returned merchandise meets our policy for what can be returned or exchanged. We will incur the costs for the exchange shipping costs.
To make a return please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt based upon the date the order was delivered for with an outline of the reason for the return. We may ask for pictures of the merchandise to verify the complaint.
Repackage the item in its original packing and include a copy of the “return merchandise authorization” form. JagerShop will send a return label by email that you will need to print and place securely on the package.
We will reimburse you for shipping if the merchandise being returned is due to an error fulfilling your order on our part. For example, we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.
Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the merchandise and advise you if there are any discrepancies. If there or no discrepancies with your return, we will send you an email stating the amount that will be credited to your credit card.
We are not responsible for the duration it takes your credit card company to reimburse you. Once you receive the confirmation of payment return from Jager Shop, all inquiries into when it will appear on your statement should be addressed to your credit card company.
